Return Policy

Physical Products

Physical products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Item must be in new condition in it's original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund will be issued within 2 business days after item is received and condition is confirmed. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to make the funds available.

Digital Products

Digitial products are non refundable. All sales are final. 

Damaged Products

If you receive a product and it is damaged or defective, let us know within 30 days and we will replace the damaged or defective item. If part of a quilt kit, we will only replace the fabric or pattern that is damaged, not the entire kit.
