Wholesale Account Setup
If you are interested in setting up a wholesale account with us, please fill out the form below.
Once we receive and process your form, you will receive an email with instructions on how to order directly from our website.
Wholesale cost is only applied to paper patterns. We do not offer PDF patterns, acrylic templates, kits, rulers, stickers, etc at wholesale pricing.
Terms and Payment Information:
All ordering takes place on our website, we do not accept phone orders to ensure efficiency. If you have trouble placing your order, you can send it via email and we can set it up for you and send the invoice for payment.
We require a $50 minimum in any combination from our total line selection.
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days via USPS. If we can not meet this deadline, you will be notified prior to shipping.
Orders must be pre-paid by credit card or Paypal.
We do not do consignment or take returns.
Claims for missing or incorrect deliveries must be made within 7 days of receipt. No allowance will be made after that time.
On Williams Street patterns may not be copied, loaned or re-distributed in any way, shape or form to a third party.
Shipping Policy:
Please note that shipping will be added to your order upon placement.
We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more within the lower 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii and International orders will receive a $15 discount in shipping fees for orders over $100.
Shipping discounts will be returned as a credit on your payment when the order is processed.
